TOX BROW LIFT.

what is it?

A brow lift using neurotoxin, such as Botox or Dysport, is a popular
nonsurgical cosmetic procedure designed to lift and rejuvenate the eyebrows. Neurotoxins, like Botox (botulinum toxin type A) or Dysport/ Xeomin, work by temporarily blocking the nerve signals to specific muscles, causing them to relax. When strategically injected into certain facial muscles, they can help lift the eyebrows and create a more youthful and refreshed appearance.

why we love it.

Brow lifts, both surgical and nonsurgical, have gained popularity for
several reasons:

    1. Non-Invasive Option: Nonsurgical brow lifts using neurotoxin injections offer a non-surgical alternative to traditional brow lift surgery. Many people prefer non-invasive procedures because they involve less risk, shorter recovery times, and do not require incisions or general anesthesia.

    1. Quick Procedure: Nonsurgical brow lifts are relatively quick procedures that are done right in the office with minimal
downtime. Patients can typically resume their normal activities immediately after the treatment.

    1. Youthful Appearance: As we age, the eyebrows
tend to droop and sag, making the eyes appear tired and aged. By lifting the brows, the eyes can look more open and youthful, which is a desirable outcome for many people seeking facial rejuvenation.

    1. Natural-Looking Results: When performed by a skilled practitioner, (LIKE OUR PRACTICIONERS AT FLEUR DE LIS!!) brow lifts can produce subtle and natural-looking results. They can enhance the natural beauty of the eyes and forehead without creating an overly dramatic change in appearance.

    1. Versatility: Nonsurgical brow lifts offer versatility in terms of the degree of lift and the areas of concern that can be addressed. Different injection techniques and approaches can be tailored to each individual’s unique facial anatomy and aesthetic goals.

    1. Temporary Results: Some people prefer nonsurgical procedures because the effects are temporary. If they are not satisfied with the results or if their preferences change over time, the effects will wear off, allowing for adjustments or alternative treatments
      in the future.

    1. Minimal Downtime: Unlike surgical brow lifts, which may involve several weeks of recovery, our nonsurgical option has minimal downtime. Patients can return to their regular activities almost
      immediately after the procedure.

  1. Low Risk: Nonsurgical brow lifts using neurotoxins have a low risk of complications when performed by experienced professionals!!

how does the process work?

    1. Consultation: The first step is to schedule a consultation with our team. During this consultation, you’ll discuss your aesthetic goals and concerns, and the practitioner will evaluate your facial anatomy to determine if you are a suitable candidate for a brow lift with neurotoxin.

    1. Treatment Planning: Once you decide to proceed with the procedure, the practitioner will create a customized treatment
plan based on your individual needs and desired outcomes. They will mark the injection points and explain the expected results.

    1. Injection Procedure: Using a fine needle, the practitioner will administer the neurotoxin into specific muscles that are responsible for pulling the eyebrows downward. The injections are precise and strategically placed to achieve the desired lifting effect.

    1. Recovery and Results: There is little to no downtime associated with a neurotoxin brow lift. You can resume your normal activities immediately after the procedure although some activities such as strenuous exercise is recommended to be avoided for 24 hours. Some patients may experience mild redness or swelling at the injection sites, but this usually subsides quickly.

  1. Follow-up: The results of a neurotoxin brow lift are not immediate but become apparent within a few days to a week as the muscles relax and the eyebrows gradually lift. The effects typically last around 3 to 4 months, after which the neurotoxin will wear off, and the eyebrows will return to their original position. To maintain the results, you may need periodic touch-up treatments.
